From the Whitlock Avenue elevated station, a passenger can look out through these steel sculpture windscreens, or in nice weather, sit on them as benches. A minor touch, but something that lends a little humanity to a rather drab spot.
Just outside is a very forlorn unused train station, all covered with vines and falling apart. There’s a proposal to renovate it, but that looks like a challenge.
