“I looked all over Soho for you,” Bonnie began. “My dog, Popeye, is getting on and I’d love to get some photos of him. I went up & down West Broadway and even asked the cigar guys,” she continued. Of course I was glad to go shooting with her. It turns out that Bonnie is an accomplished travel photographer herself, and we had a great time: taking photographs with the dogs (Popeye and Milky), finding photogenic spots in Soho, and talking about Bokeh, focal length, and apertures.
