CT & ES Co manhole in front of my store is leaking water into my laundromat. The leak water is running into my electrical box for whole building. It is a very dangerous problem. I called 311 & Con Edison 2 days ago already, no one come over to solve this problem. I don’t even know who should I need to contact. Can you tell me which department or company should I contact with?
